Booking Policy

We are excited to host you at Winslow Luxury Suites! To ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review our booking policy below:

🕓 1. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-In: Between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
• Check-Out: Between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated upon request and subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.

🆔 2. Identification Requirement

• Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID that matches the name on the reservation.
• Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

💳 3. Security Deposit

• A separate security deposit of $100 will be required at check-in. This is fully refunded at check-out once the property has been inspected and no damages are found.
• Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furnishings, appliances, or missing items during their stay. Any costs exceeding the security deposit will be charged to the guest and must be paid in full upon request.

📆 4. Cancellation Policy

• Guest will receive a 100% refund up to 5 days before check-in, in case of any cancellation (excluding any bank or transaction fees).
• Guest will receive a 50% refund up to 24 hours before check-in (excluding any bank or transaction fees).
• Guests who do not arrive without prior notice ("no-shows") will be charged for the entire reservation amount.

🔐 5. Privacy Policy

• All personal information provided during booking is handled in compliance with data protection laws, our privacy policy, and used solely for the purposes of managing your stay and communication related to your reservation.

🏡 6. House Rules

• By staying at our property, you agree to follow all the house rules listed in our rules page.
• Violation of house rules may result in early termination of your stay and loss of deposit or additional fees.

⚠️ 7. Liability Disclaimer

• We are not liable for any injury, loss, accident, or damage to guests or their property during their stay.
• Guests are responsible for their own belongings and safety during their time at the property.
• In the case of unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, government restrictions), we reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations without liability.
