EFFECTIVE 2025

We are excited to host you at Winslow Luxury Suites! We want all our guests to have a wonderful stay while respecting our property and neighbors. Please review the rules below:

πŸ‘₯ 1. Occupancy & Behavior

  • The maximum number of guests for a single bedroom apartment is 2 guests.
  • The maximum number of guests for a 2 bedroom apartment is 4 guests.

🀫 2. Quiet Hours

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
  • Please keep noise to a minimum to respect other residents.
  • Loud music or disturbances during this time may result in a fine or required early checkout.

πŸŠβ€β™€οΈ 3. Pool & Gym

  • The pool and gym are open daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
  • There are no lifeguards on duty so pool use is at one's risk.
  • Children below 12 years must be accompanied and supervised at the pool.
  • Children below 12 years are not allowed in the gym.

πŸš— 4. Parking

  • There is a limit of one car per suite.
  • Please register your car at the front desk upon arrival.
  • For safety and convenience of other guests, do not block other vehicles or access points.

πŸ—‘οΈ 5. House Keeping & Cleanliness

  • Wrap all garbage securely in bags before placing it in the bins provided.
  • Do not leave trash in hallways or common areas.
  • Weekly cleaning, towel, and linen change is included in your booking.
  • Extra cleaning or laundry is available upon request for a small fee.
  • Please help us keep the suite tidy. Excessive mess may lead to an extra cleaning fee.

🚫 6. Prohibited Items & Activities

  • Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property (including inside the apartment, balcony, or common areas).
  • Bringing any animals or pets onto the premises is not allowed.
  • Using open flames (e.g., candles, incense, portable grills) is a fire risk and not allowed on the premises.
  • Causing a nuisance, damaging property, or hosting noisy parties that inconvenience other tenants will not be accepted.
  • Engaging in illegal activities as determined by law will not be tolerated.

🚨 7. Damage & Safety

  • Report any damages to us right away.
  • Lost keys or damaged items may be deducted from your deposit.
  • Please do not move the furniture from its original position.
  • Towels are for in-room use only. Pool towels are provided separately.
  • Always turn off lights, A/C, and heaters when not in use or when leaving the suite.
  • Please use the indoor slippers provided to protect the carpets.
  • Stains or damage on any items will result in a fee.

  • You will receive a dedicated contact number at check-in. Please use it immediately if you need assistance or encounter an emergency.
